This policy explains when and how purchases of Elith Premium are refunded. It is part of the Conditions d'utilisation.

1. Who charges and who refunds

Premium is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and processes refunds, which always go back to the method you paid with. Elith never sees or stores your card details.

2. Full refund within 14 days

  • If you ask within 14 days of buying, we refund the full amount, whether monthly, yearly or Lifetime, with no reason needed.
  • This includes and extends your right of withdrawal as a consumer in the European Union.
  • When a purchase is refunded, the server stops having Premium at once. Nothing is deleted: whatever is over the free limit pauses until it has Premium again.

3. How to ask

  • Write to support@elith.app from the email you bought with, or give the order number on your Paddle receipt.
  • You can also ask Paddle from the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.
  • Your bank may take a few days to show the refund.

4. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

  • Monthly and yearly plans renew by themselves until you cancel. Cancel any time from Premium → Your purchases → Manage billing, or from the link in your receipt email.
  • Once cancelled you are not charged again and Premium stays until the end of the period you paid. After the 14 days, cancelling stops the next payments but does not refund the current period; if you think your case deserves it, write to us and we will look at it.
  • If you move a server from a monthly or yearly plan to Lifetime, the old plan stops renewing and its paid period runs to its end. If you paid it less than 14 days ago, you can ask for that refund too.

5. If Premium stops being offered

You will be told in advance and refunded the paid part not yet enjoyed; for Lifetime, the share of the first five years.
