These terms govern the use of the Elith Discord bot and of this website, including the dashboard. By adding Elith to a server or signing in to the dashboard you accept them. Who provides the service is stated in the Mentions légales.

1. Who can use it

  • You need a Discord account and must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, including its minimum age.
  • To configure a server from the dashboard you must be its owner, have the “Manage Server” permission, or hold a role the server has given dashboard access to.
  • If you are under 14 you need the permission of a parent or guardian to use the dashboard.

2. The service

Elith offers modules for moderation, levels, tickets, music, economy and more, which each server turns on and configures. Every module and command can be used for free, within the limits shown on the Premium page.

Premium

  • Premium is per server. It raises the limits of what a server can create (custom commands, auto responses, scheduled messages, alerts, panels and more), unlocks the bot's own profile in the server and 90 days of analytics, and adds cosmetic extras. The full, current list is on the Premium page.
  • There are three plans, VAT included: monthly (3.99 €), yearly (39.99 €) and Lifetime (59.99 €, paid once). Monthly and yearly renew by themselves at the end of each period until cancelled. Lifetime does not renew and lasts as long as Premium exists. Offers always state their reference price and their end date.
  • It is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record: it takes the payment, applies the tax of your country, issues the invoice and handles refunds, under its own purchase terms. Elith never sees or stores your card details.
  • You can cancel at any time from Premium → Your purchases → Manage billing or from the link in your receipt email. Premium stays until the end of the period you paid and you are not charged again.
  • If you ask within 14 days of buying, we refund the full amount; write to support@elith.app. This includes and extends your right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU.
  • If a server stops having Premium, nothing is deleted: whatever is over the free limit pauses (the first items created keep working) until it has Premium again.
  • If Premium stops being offered, you will be told in advance and refunded the paid part not yet enjoyed; for Lifetime, the share of the first five years. Any price change will be announced before the next renewal, with time to cancel.

3. Rules of use

You may not:

  • use the bot to spam, harass, organise raids, or break Discord's rules or the law;
  • try to reach servers, data or accounts you do not manage;
  • overload, probe or get around the security measures and usage limits of the service;
  • automate access to the dashboard or its API without permission;
  • pass yourself off as Elith or its team.

4. Your server and its content

Whoever manages a server decides which modules run in it and is responsible for that configuration, for the automatic messages they write and for informing their members. What members post is theirs; Elith only processes it to provide the features that are turned on, as explained in the Politique de confidentialité.

5. Automated moderation

Some modules (auto moderation, anti-raid, anti-nuke, verification) can delete messages, warn, time out, kick or ban without a person being involved, following the rules each server sets. If one of these actions affects you, the staff of that server can review and reverse it.

6. Virtual currency

Balances, items and rewards of the economy module have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be reset if the server decides so.

7. Intellectual property

The bot, the dashboard and this site belong to their owner. You are allowed to use them under these terms; no other right is transferred.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and working well, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures of Discord or of the hosting, or change over time.

9. Liability

As a free service, we are liable only for damage caused wilfully or by gross negligence, and not for damage arising from the configuration each server chooses, from misuse by third parties or from causes beyond our control. This clause does not limit the rights the law gives consumers, nor liability that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension

We may limit or withdraw access for a server or a person that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, giving notice where possible. You can stop using Elith at any time by removing it from the server or signing out, and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Politique de confidentialité.

11. Changes

If we change these terms we will update the version and date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

12. Contact and complaints

For any question or complaint write to support@elith.app. We answer within one month at most.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
