This notice identifies who is responsible for the website elith.app and the Elith Discord bot, as required by article 10 of the Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. Purpose

Elith is a free Discord bot with a web dashboard to configure it. This site describes it, lets the people who manage a server configure it, and publishes the leaderboards each server chooses to show. A Premium plan with cosmetic extras is planned; nothing is sold on this site today.

3. Intellectual property

The code, text, design and brand of this site and the bot belong to their owner unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. Discord and its logo are trademarks of Discord Inc.; Elith is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. Server and user names, icons and avatars belong to their owners.

4. Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. The staff of each server are responsible for how they configure the bot and for the content their members post. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from here. Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

5. Unlawful content

If you believe the bot is being used for something unlawful, or that a public leaderboard shows data about you that should not be there, write to support@elith.app naming the server and the reason.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
