Verification
A door with a friendly guard. New members prove they are human before they see the rest of the house.
Choose a single button, an image captcha or a custom question. Unverified members wait in a role that only sees the welcome channel.
Members who never verify can be removed automatically after the hours you choose, which quietly drains most bot accounts before they can post a single link.
