Sticky Messages
Some words should never scroll away. Sticky messages stay at the bottom of the channel, always.
Pick a channel and a message (text or embeds). After each quiet moment Elith re-posts it and removes its previous copy.
Set how long the channel must be quiet before it moves, so busy chats are not flooded. Stickies never ping anyone.
