Bump Reminder
Stay at the top of the list. The server is reminded the moment it can be bumped again.
When someone bumps the server on a server directory, Elith thanks them and counts down the cooldown.
Two hours later it pings the role you choose in the channel you choose, so the server climbs back up without anyone keeping an eye on the clock.
